I've found an interesting questionnaire at *kitton's journal:

When did you join DA and why?
on 4th January 2006, as ~magnussen. I would join earlier, cause my friend told me about "devianART", not "deviantART". I didn't do any research then, cause I didn't knew how.

What was the first deviation you uploaded?
I think it was scanned photo of some street in Prague.. 

How many deviations have you submitted?
around 200 at the old account and around 70-80 here.

Do you submit everything you create?
no.. it would be... dangerous 

Do you read all the comments you get?
yes.

Do you reply to all the comments you get?
yes. there aren't many of them so it's not a problem.

Do you read all the favourites/watches you get?
sometimes, if their galleries are good.

Do you prefer comments or favs?
to get them or to produce 'em?  when I write, I prefer to get comments, to know what I've screwed in the text. but if someone will write something like "ooooh, coool", "awesome", "great" without any slight of constructive criticism (if it deserves it, ofc)... a fave, please.

How much time do you spend on Deviantart?

Do you think that Deviantart is good for critique?
hm, I think that dA is somehow balanced between strong criticism and bootlicking  although I usually see more comments which are in my opinion sometimes to flattering.. but, if someones finds art in what I see a crap - it's his or hers opinion, not mine.

Do you think there's a lot of drama on DA?
I've seen some cases, but it was none of my concern.


Do you think DA would be better if it filtered out people who are not serious at artwork or causing too much drama?
I used to think that such people's accounts should be deleted, but now I've changed my mind. anyone should submit what they want and be proud of them. and as for those who cause more drama?  they will always be. don't care about them.

Do you think the age limit should be higher than 13 for creating an account?
on one hand - yes, cause they might find some contents inapropriate for youngsters. on the other hand - no, if that would help them to improve. I wouldn't decide about it myself, if I would be site admin, definitely 

Do you go on the DA forums?

Would you buy a subscription? Why or why not?
yes. to advertise myself a little plus I always wanted to have colourful journal ^^
